The TA and TXM cage designs deliver exceptional performance in terms of speed, load capacity, and service life thanks to their outstanding characteristics.

Cage TA

  • Material: Hard material (phenolic resin with fine-mesh cotton fabric)
  • Permissible operating temperature: 120°C
  • Cage guidance: On the outer ring
  • Manufacturing: machining
  • Usage: For models S, SM, KH; universal application
  • Features: Low coefficient of friction, for grease and oil lubrication

TXM Cage

  • Material: Semi-crystalline high-performance plastic, PEEK (polyetheretherketone), carbon fiber-reinforced
  • Permissible operating temperature: 250°C
  • Cage guidance: On the outer ring, ball-retaining
  • Manufacturing: injection-molded
  • Usage: For S and SM models, optimized for grease lubrication
  • Features: Low coefficient of friction, reduces/eliminates cage vibrations, high mechanical, chemical, and thermal stability

Käfige für Rillenkugellager

MN Hochpräzisions-Rillenkugellager werden grundsätzlich mit einem Stahlkäfig (Käfig J) ausgestattet. Je nach Anforderung (z.B. hohe Drehzahlen) sind weitere Käfig- Ausführungen aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen lieferbar.
