Mounting instruction

Surface and hardness:
The races of the roller bearings must be hardened and ground. The hardening depth (EHt) for surface hardening must be 1.3 mm.

Hardness:	HRC = 60+4 Eht >= 1.3 mm
Surface:	RZ <= 2.5 µm

Tolerances:
bore   D_L = H6
shaft  d_L = h5
The maximal radial clearance according to the application is 0.04 mm (eq. 0.0016 inch). Roller bearing requires a collar, ring or snap ring as a guide.

Lubrication:
The roller bearings are only rust protected. For further information please see our indications of lubrication.
