Keyway specifications according to DIN 6885, Bl.1 (P9) with back clearance.
Machine parts, in which our backstops are pressed in, can be of ferrous or nonferrous material. If you considered using nonferrous material please contact our technical staff first.
The backstop can only be mounted or disassembled by way of the inner ring so that the bearing balls are not damaged. The inner ring of the backstop has to be axially secured on the shaft.
Attention: Please take care that the momentum lever is not fixed tight to the housing.
Lubrication
Our backstops are shipped oil lubricated for lifetime. For further information please see our indications of lubrication.
The inner ring clamps clockwise in the shown direction of view (see below).
